NRG was founded by Drew Blad in 1998!
Drew has lived in Southern Utah since July of 1993. Here he noticed the abundance of sun light. With so much sun light and the cost of energy prices rising, Drew noticed that there was a need for more natural generaters of energy.
Drew states that “NRG – which stands for Natural Resource Generators is also a play on Words for (En-er-gy) (N = En) (R = er) (G – gy), that is the main reason why the company is called what it is.”
